HOW CAN I PAY ON MyHairUp?
The payment options on MyHairUp are Credit Card (CB, MasterCard, VISA...) or PayPal.
With a credit card, the transaction is made directly on the MyHairUp website and is 100% secure thanks to its management through the Stripe platform.
With PayPal, you can pay with the money available in your PayPal balance or with your credit card, even if you have no money in your PayPal balance.
As a result, you will be charged directly from your bank account.
IS THE PAYMENT SECURE? CAN I ORDER SAFELY?
All payments made on MyHairUp are 100% secure because our store is hosted on a reliable and secure "SSL" platform.
Therefore, payments are secure, and your data is encrypted and will remain confidential.
Our site is also as safe as possible, and you can check it in your browser with "https" and the lock icon that confirm optimal protection.
I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO IT?
You have 2 hours after placing your order to make any changes (address, size, etc.) or cancel it.
Once this time has elapsed, your order will be processed and shipped, and, unfortunately, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
To track your package, simply go to the shipping confirmation email for your order to retrieve the email address used during your order and your order number.
Then go to this page to track your order.
IT'S BEEN 12 DAYS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, IS THAT NORMAL?
Yes, this is quite normal because we have our warehouses located abroad to offer you the best prices, so the process delivery may take some time.
These are our average delivery times:
The average processing and shipping time is between 1 and 3 days.
The average delivery times are:
- 7-9 working days for the USA
- 8-10 working days for the UK, Canada and Australia
- 9-12 working days for Mexico and India
Please note that in exceptional situations (strikes, customs, flight delays) and at certain times of the year (Black Friday, Christmas), the speed of shipments is beyond our control.
(Most orders arrive at the beginning of the average delivery time).
In any case, if you have not received your item within 60 days, we will refund you the full amount of your order, and you can keep your package when you finally receive it.
THE PACKAGE IS MARKED "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.
Although this is a sporadic case, your package may have been delivered to your neighbors by mistake.
If you live in an apartment, it is possible that your package is in your neighbors' mailbox or has been delivered directly to the doorman.
Please check with your family and friends before contacting us for this reason. (It often happens that the package has been delivered or that a neighbor/janitor in the building has picked it up.)
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
To use a promotional code, you must first add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and then go to the "checkout" step.
